In late 1996, from all corners of New Jersey the team of Ruthless Tactics was formed.  The team started by Founder "G-Nice" dressing his bike with "Ruthless Tactics Assasinate My Competition" on the windscreen of his bike.  After a crash, the  windscreen was damaged and all that remained was the "Ruthless Tactics" sticker.

The team has since grown and is 20+ strong... The streets of  "Brick City" will never be the same...
